One man's journey helped him find his smile again and give laughter to others. Jazrome is a 6-year dialysis and recent recipient of a kidney transplant. His donor gave the gift of life on many levels. In May 2015 Jazrome was diagnosed with stage four kidney failure, due to poor lifestyle choices, and lack of information, his kidneys failed a year later.
