Sunday Jul 16, 2023
Sunday Jul 16, 2023
Meet Jodie Walton, tragically Jodi lost her son David on July 25th, 2019 while working for the DOT in Horry S.C. David was filling a pothole with his coworker when a box truck came through unable to stop, hitting the stopped cars, injuring several, and unfortunately killing Jodi’s son and his coworker.
Jodi found therapy and healing by painting rocks with messages and words of love, hope, and designs of comfort. Today her rocks are found all over the globe because people have placed her rocks of comfort and healing along their travels. Recently Jodi connected with Phoenix, Ronald McDonald House Charities sharing David's Rocks of love, inspiration, and encouragement with the families who are at a home away from home.

Sunday Jul 16, 2023
Sunday Jul 16, 2023
" Beauty is skin deep" Meet Tami Chmielewski Chmielewski, she is one of the strongest women I have met and interviewed on Stories of Hope
A short two-day weekend getaway turned into 63 days in the hospital, most of which were in the ICU Burn Unit. Returning home to Arizona on the 64th day. Her body was burned at 38% with 3rd degree burns from her chest down to her feet.
5 months later, hour by hour, day by day Tamara battles to get back to where she once was and has accepted this is her new norm. She is a beautiful person inside and out and in this interview, she talks about the truths she faces every day but also the blessings she receives.
You can follow her journey of recovery on Instagram at TamiChm. Very inspiring!
Thank you Tamara for trusting me with being vulnerable to sharing your journey.

Journey of Strange Love and Finding Identity - Crystal King
Sunday Jul 16, 2023
Sunday Jul 16, 2023
Meet Crystal King, and we talk about her journey of Strange Love and finding her identity.
Crystal is the result of her parents being swingers/wife-swapping in the ’70s. Not knowing anything different about who her parents were growing up, she was told who her biological father was at the age of 12 after the man she always thought to be her father had passed away.
Crystal proudly stands in her identity and success today but it took her until she was 40 to understand who she is and who she chooses to be. Her life was far from easy, but with many years of therapy, forgiveness, and self-help programs she finds peace and love in herself.

What Inspired Stories of Hope?
My name is Christine, and my story and journey is living life after loss. This episode is dedicated in memory of my 17-year-old daughter Nicole Marie who did not survive our family auto accident on New Year's Day 2007.
"Death changed me, life reminds me how precious time and memories are." - Christine Hotchkiss
My life went through many struggles that I battled internally and physically, but I found a love for life again. In this recording, you will learn more about me, my WHY, and my mission to give HOPE to others by sharing the stories of individuals who have found the light in the darkness, created a non-profit, written a book, or given hope to others because of their journey of change.
